A new easy way to use a car

We provided Lahti region with full electric cars for carsharing. The cars are easily accessible in the city centre of Lahti in four pick-up points located in Toriparkki (at the marketplace) and in the parking halls of Prisma Syke, Launee and Hollola. You can make a reservation at any time simply by using the mobile app.

Using the carsharing service is easy, and with a full battery you can even drive a round trip from Lahti to Helsinki.  You can find how-to videos and frequently asked questions at the bottom of this page.

HOW DO I START USING THE SERVICE?

Open the app

Sign up to the web application and save the shortcut onto the home screen of your mobile phone.

Locate the car

You can see available cars on the map in the application. Now you can choose a car for your use.

Make a reservation

You get access to the car simply by making a reservation through the application.

Enjoy your trip

The car is available for you during the time you have reserved, after which you’ll just have to return it.

Please note that opening the car doors, starting the rental and closing the doors requires a stable internet connection on your phone. Because the cars are located in the underground parking garage in Toripark, the phone’s internet connection may be poor at times and the doors may open with a delay. We are currently looking for a solution to the situation. If the car doors do not open or close at all, please call us at 03 7827017.
Th cars are easily accessible in Lahti city center, Toripark kiparking. To start the service, all you need is your phone to open the Toriparkki and the car doors. The pick-up and drop-off point for the carsharing cars is always Toriparkki.
The Carsharing service is a web app that you can use in a browser on all devices connected to a network. So you don’t have to download the app from the App Store or Google Play app to your phone. We recommend that you save the application rental page as a shortcut to your mobile device home screen for easy access to the application.
